A new hub for the TH Rosenheim campus

Over the next few years, the new buildings for a technology park and a student centre will expand the campus of Rosenheim Technical University of Applied Sciences into an educational and research location with far-reaching appeal. This will give the campus a clearly recognisable centre and modern facilities for research and teaching. The entire surrounding area will be upgraded in terms of urban development.

Timber construction with a visible timber structure and a comprehensive green space concept form the cornerstones of a future-proof architecture that stands for ecologically, economically, socio-culturally, functionally and technically excellent quality and sustainability. Early collaboration between all parties involved enables synergies and optimised processes. In this way, we are building on our Vorarlberg tradition of thinking architecture and craftsmanship as one.

Adjacent to the Technical University, the Technology Park offers a wide range of hall and laboratory space for research and teaching. The building next door houses a digital learning centre – the library of the future – a new canteen and a student centre that brings together all the necessary services.
