Living space is scarce in Bregenz and affordable properties are rare. With the new development of the site between the railway line and Rheinstrasse, we succeeded in creating an efficient redensification that creates urbanity but also leaves sufficient green space. The residential complex, just a few minutes away from Lake Constance, consists of four buildings surrounding a sheltered, green inner courtyard.

In addition to functional floor plans, the 48 freehold flats have deep, covered corner terraces or private garden areas on the ground floor. The façade features a discreet structure of vertical broom finishes that alternate with smooth plaster between the windows and emphasise the geometry of the buildings.
