The site of the former Korneuburg shipyard between the Danube and the A22 motorway is surrounded by old industrial buildings, detached houses and allotments. A new urban district with flats and a mix of culture, education, gastronomy, shops and work is being created here.

Our striking four-storey residential building marks the south-eastern entrance to the new shipyard district. A diverse range of paths, squares and communal spaces as well as flexibly interconnectable floor plans ensure a high quality of living. In the centre of the complex, a landscaped, attractively furnished inner courtyard invites residents to linger, while the stepped, ring-shaped interconnected roof terraces offer urban gardening and a spacious sun terrace with a view of the future city quarter and the Danube.

Numerous balconies and loggias extend the living space to the outside. Their solid frames structure the façade and give it an unmistakable character. A terrace café at the south-east corner of the apartment block accentuates the prominent location as a friendly, inviting gesture.
