The tower-like main building is located on Seestraße at a point where the large-volume development structure merges into a section with a small-scale urban structure. The vertical accent holds the position on the street, while the adjoining houses on the left are set back and leave a small square free.
The six-storey tower contains shops on the ground floor and offices above. To the right, above the entrance and exit of an underground car park, is a single-storey section of the building, which is assigned to the offices on this floor. To the left, a three-storey building is inserted between the office tower and the Wilhelminian-style building on the corner. Behind its quiet façade with French windows is a shop on the ground floor, above which are two small flats.
The façade of the office tower is glazed storey-high and the concrete ceilings rest on slender round columns.Their fronts are emphasised in the façade design so that the floors are clearly visible. From the upper floors, workers can enjoy the view across Seestraße and the railway to the greenery of the park on the shore and the lake. With its compact form and the architectural design of the façade, this tower corresponds with the one in front of the "Am Hafen" residential complex, with which it is in visual contact.
