The new townhouse at Marktstraße 55 is in a central yet quiet location in Dornbirn. The market square and the pedestrian zone are just a few minutes' walk away, and many of the day-to-day amenities such as local amenities, childcare and schools are in the immediate vicinity. The townhouse houses a total of 14 rental flats, a 100 m² retail space on the ground floor and an underground car park with 16 parking spaces.

The complex consists of a clearly designed, slightly offset four-storey corner building on Marktstrasse and a three-storey longitudinal building along Kapuzinergasse. The building is integrated into the surrounding historic buildings and sets a contemporary architectural accent. The flats are orientated towards the green inner courtyard on the south side and offer attractive open spaces with a view of the greenery.
