The elongated plot, which slopes slightly downwards from the village street, offers ideal conditions for the construction of high-quality flats. While the north-facing façade has only a few openings, all the flats to the south-west have floor-to-ceiling glazing. With its plastered parapets, the balconies act as a privacy screen along the entire length of the building and at the same time as a sun and weather protection for the flats underneath. Resembling extended drawers, the balconies enliven the façade with their asymmetrically staggered arrangement.
