During her studies at the Technical University of Vienna Susanne Gaudl already gained practice in the architectural offices Baumschlager Eberle Architekten and Hans Riemelmoser. In 1988 she began her architectural career with Hans Riemelmoser in Bregenz and joined Dietrich Untertrifaller in 1993, where she was appointed Associate Partner in 2008.

Susanne Gaudl has successfully managed a large number of projects, including the four construction phases of the Festspielhaus Bregenz, the Hypo Vorarlberg headquarters in Bregenz, conversions and new buildings in the Hotel Rote Wand Zug as well as kindergartens, residential complexes, office buildings and private houses, e.g. the House SCH in Bregenz.
