BIM Manager (m/f/d)
We have ambitious goals for the coming years in terms of digitalisation and implementing agile working methods. BIM and team-orientated and integrated project management play a major role in this. As a BIM Manager in Munich, you will coordinate all project-specific BIM topics. In close coordination with the cross-location BIM management team, you will be the direct contact person in Munich for all BIM-relevant topics.

In weekly meetings, you support the planning teams with your positive attitude on BIM-specific topics and workflows, on basic Revit topics and on complex enquiries. You also support them in the BIM-related handling of ongoing projects and in the realisation of internal BIM standards. In addition, you will ensure the implementation and smooth running of BIM standards and BIM structures.
In new Revit projects, you will be responsible for the project setup and quality assurance of models for workflows and IFC exports. Regular reporting ensures coordination with the BIM management team. You will also support us in cross-site BIM development and in the creation of Revit content, Dynamo scripts and Solibri rules.
For this position you need experience in the use of Revit as a BIM tool and in the creation of families. Knowledge of the BIM method, standards and requirements are a matter of course for you. Your out of the box thinking will help you to find solutions for complex issues.
