Datenschutz

The protection of your personal data is important to us. We process your data exclusively within the framework of legal regulations (DSGVO, DSG 2000, TKG 2003). In the following we inform you about the most important aspects of data processing on our website.

Contact with us

If you contact us by e-mail, the data you provide will be stored for six months for the purpose of processing your enquiry and in the event of further questions. We will not pass on this data without your consent.

Cookies

Our website uses cookies. These are small text files that are stored on your mobile device using the browser. Most of the cookies we use are deleted from your hard drive at the end of the browser session (so-called session cookies). Some cookies remain stored on your device until you delete them. This enables us to recognize your browser the next time you visit us. If you do not wish this, you can set your browser so that it informs you about the setting of cookies and you only allow this in individual cases. Cookies make it easier for you to navigate our website. Of course, you also have the option of viewing our website without cookies.

Applicant details

On our website we inform you about vacancies in our team and you can send us your application by e-mail. We process your data to process your application, which means that your application will be viewed by the employees responsible for pre-selection. Your data will not be passed on to third parties and we will not use your data for any other purposes. Your application data will be stored by us. If we reject your application, we will only store the data for as long as necessary, for a maximum period of six months, unless you give us your consent that we may store the applicant data for longer in order to contact you after this period if necessary. The legal basis for the processing of your data is § 26 BDSG and Art. 88 DSGVO.

Your rights

In principle, you have the right to information, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, data transferability, revocation and objection. If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law or your data protection claims have been violated in any other way, you can complain to the supervisory authority. In Austria, this is the data protection authority.
